Bruce Galloway
Founder
Bruce R. Galloway, is a Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Galloway Capital Partners. He has over 42 years of experience on Wall Street as a top Value Investor. His investment strategy is to identify companies below the radar screen and unlock value for investors. Before founding GCP, Bruce was a founder and portfolio manager of an investment fund, Strategic Turnaround Equity Partners, LP and its affiliates. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Galloway was a Managing Director of the Galloway Division at Burnham Securities. He previously served as a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co., Rauscher, Pierce & Refsnes, and Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President with L.F. Rothschild & Co. and a Research Analyst with the Prudential Insurance Company. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and Willam Smith College and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business
Chairman Frederick Metz Shepperd
Founder
Frederick Metz Shepperd, Esq. is CEO of Shepperd Investors AG (www.shepperd.ch), his family office located in Zug, Switzerland. He is also Founder of the European Family Office Alliance Limited (www.efoalliance.eu) a nonprofit alliance of over 200 family offices registered in London, UK. He is an attorney and family business owner. A noted author and lecturer, he has been a leader in the world of family offices for business strategy, structuring and planning for many years.
Mr. Shepperd established the Quadral Group, Ltd. in 1984 and led development of global business strategy in the 1990's. 25 of the top 100 global businesses listed by BUSINESS WEEK, sent their CEO's to his seminars and conferences to understand global business. He has worked closely with CEO's of public and private companies to implement changes to adapt to global competition and better serve their customers. A number of the companies that may be targeted by Galloway Shepperd were, or are similar to, former clients of the Quadral Group, Ltd.
Gary Herman
COO
Gary Herman, is a Chief Operating Officer of Galloway Capital Partners, LLC. He is a seasoned investor with many years of investment and advisory experience. From 2005 to 2018, Mr. Herman managed Strategic Turnaround Equity Partners, LP (Cayman) and its affiliates. From January 2011 to August 2013, he was a managing member of Abacoa Capital Management, LLC, which managed, Abacoa Capital Master Fund, Ltd. focused on a Global-Macro investment strategy. From 2005 to 2020, Mr. Herman was affiliated with Arcadia Securities LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. From 1997 to 2002, he was an investment banker with Burnham Securities, Inc. From 1993 to 1997, he was a managing partner of Kingshill Group, Inc., a merchant banking and financial firm with offices in New York and Tokyo. Mr. Herman has a B.S. from the University at Albany with a major in Political Science and minors in Business and Music. Mr. Herman has many years of experience serving on the boards of private and public companies. He presently sits on the boards of Jupiter Wellness, Inc. (NASDAQ: JUPW), XS Financial, Inc. (CSE: XS) and Susglobal Energy Corp. (OTCQB: SNRG).
